Returns
Our return window lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must include all original packaging materials.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please do not ship your item back to any manufacturer.
There are certain circumstances where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing components for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirming the arrival of your package. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within a standard processing timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take additional time before being officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank, as internal processing delays may also occur.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items—including any form of promotional pricing, storewide discounts, clearance sales, and final sale events—cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange for the same product, please email us at contact@balaclava-mask.com and send your item to the return address provided by our support team via email.
Shipping
To return your item, please mail it to the return address provided by our e-mail support team.
You are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged item to reach you can vary.
For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
